is not the facilities fault, but we were going to the casino de montreal and the location of the hotel was too

i had the basement and wifi didn't work for all my 2days stay

the tv didn't work and the desk clerk was not helpful and the wifi was iffy.

room service from the magnificent restaurant downstairs was a highlight of our stay

at 8pm and told our rooom was not available and instructed to go have a drink at the bar downstairs

bathroom/ spa tub was awesome

were very happy about the good service and for the full equipped kitchen in the room
