the fireplace and spa were amazing perks of the bedroom and the outdoor space

the winery bar was cute with great music and loved the vin rouge

all it needs is a pool

not enough amenities, room balcony was facing parking lot not facing the view

excellent service in breakfast room and maid services also exceptional for the room.

the pool and hot tub are very nice as depicted in the pictures

home turned into separate bedrooms within a house with a common area for guests such a a kitchen living room

the highlight was the pool and hot tub with spectacular views toward the wine country and mountains

the room has everything you need and more and the outdoor area with the pool was awesome

the common area kitchen and the suite in particular were nicely appointed

warm welcome, the view, the multiple choices (wine tasting, eating & the after bar below

hotel hours for restaurant and bar made winery only option for food outside of room or property

they have everything you need from a restaurant to a full bar to a tasting room

the heater wasn t working room service was not in service the towels weren not changed

was a bummer that the pool bar wasn t open

she told me i should go to the gym, while we re in front of reception desk, at breakfast, and get a cup of

the wifi was just basic and couldnt be used to watch movies from laptop

really good except for a night employee who, when requested to lower the temperature, turned the fireplace on

no machines at the casino

lobby is next to a bar inappropriate if you had to check in with kids

room away from casino was quiet. food in bar was fast and food

i needed to wash uniforms and the laundry room was clean and secure

the location, the decor, the spa bath, the comfortable bed.

and spa were dirty and full of leaves

parking lot wanderes but you can't help that much.

the room was very nice and clean and the complimentary breakfast was great

love that there was coffee, iron, ironing board, microwave and refrigerator, best of all, a hot breakfast each

liked the pool, gift shop, pizza hut, gym, and the scenery

there is one laundry room (it has 4 machines and only takes quarters, there is no quarter machine

2 have decent water slides so kids go to those

it was our first time and kids cannot wait to go back !

of the kitchen stuff are missing unlike before that i came down complete and all are working now some are

cleanest areas were the front and laundry room

large clean room, comfortable bed, nice sized pool, very friendly staff, great breakfast

laundry detergent that was used on the sheets and towels itched our skin

were a bit thin, wifi was spotty in the room

customer service, needs for blanket, trash bags, wifi is spotty, a/c wasn t working

parking was really hard when i came back in the night.

the breakfast has so much variety and it is delicious

beds were comfortable, staff was excellent, breakfast was great and location was wonderful with all the amenities

only complaint is that the pool area could use an overhaul
