lady in the lobby for breakfast was absolutely fabulous
we needed towels for the second night and we ended up getting gym towels as they no longer had bath towels
easy access to oneida and boat parking
shower benches for handicapped people. hotel needs more handicapped rooms and parking spaces
size of the room was definitely wonderful for my guests and i and also the small fees for a small pet

perfectly adequate continental breakfast from 6am-10am, on par with what is offerred elsewhere in town

i had a total knee replacement and all the non-smoking rooms are on the second floor which means stairs
colour is drab in the middle of the building, where we stayed, room 109 there is barely wifi service
plenty of room for boat parking and charging in field/lot
very nice place. big parking lot for cars, trucks and boats. nicely decorated outside.
