breakfast room service was very poor !!

the fridge and kitchen area in the room was a good idea

wonderful oasis of quiet, lovely pool, excellent breakfast, friendly staff

comfortable used the pool (which we had to book a 1 hour slot), also booked a 1 hour slot for the gym

a few things made this particular stay very un-relaxing indeed, 20 kids bombing in and out of the pool in the

no tea bags in the kitchen. check out was too early seeing as though check in was 16:00

cold, the steam room was under bright light which made it feel more dentist chair than tranquil spa moment, and

the fact that the pool and gym were included in the price, which was lovely to relax in after a long day at

room was brilliant, spa bath a real treat and the food was as delicious as anticipated

the breakfast room is stunning and the breakfast itself had superior produce and was so delicious -

free car parking, great breakfast, friendly staff.

having a vein burst staying in hospital overnight and missing my breakfast

free breakfast the next day might have been on the cards due to not being able to make use of the spa as booked

say is that we had dogs barking next door at night time but that would be expected as it is a pet friendly venue

only one member of staff and he seemed to do everything from being porter to receptionist to room service and

the food at the pub was exceptional and we especially loved how pet friendly the hotel is - our pooches had

good size room, very pet friendly, great breakfast choice inc. quiet location.

gorgeous setting, spectacular food and a lovely personal experience. spa was wonderful too.

i think this hotel needs to provide room service for food and drink also at the pool side too

breakfast and dinner were brilliant with our requirements catered for with thought and exceptional

breakfast coffee a little slow to arrive

well stocked bar with gins, mulled wine, local ales, cocktails

similar issues picking up the wifi on my iphone in the smaller double room as i did with my previous stay, but

lovely room, fast wifi, good shower, excellent restaurant, plenty of parking, pretty location

evening meal and breakfast were of an excellent standard
