wifi connection was poor but the staff were very apologetic on arrival about the issues with the

breakfast options could have been better for those who don t want a cooked breakfast eg sliced

plenty of parking spaces - some had ev charging points

onsite parking is always a treat and the breakfast was lovely particularly in the dining room, a tasteful

i love the historic building and the decor, the breakfast was lovely too.

it was also the worst experience of room service i've ever experienced

i ordered room service and got the best fish and chips i ve ever eaten delivered to my room

hotel is a 5 minute walk to the beach and has the added bonus of on site parking

very welcoming, polite and friendly great outdoor dining area , bar and lovely conservatory

4th floor no lift no wifi in the small attic room food was ok. service was slow or not at all.

thought the hotel was very stylish, facilities were great and the spa area was well managed to accommodate both

both pools are excellent great stuff for kids and my dog loved it too

the spa and gym is incredible, the food and cocktails are amazing and i had the best massage- will book

the facilities on offer were excellent with a cinema room and a newly renovated gym

as a single female, free parking on site is a must

never got a decent sleep due to noisy kids in property and constant slamming of doors day and night

just it was so extremely hot so wouldn t recommend saying in summer especially if you have kids

a lovely warm and friendly welcome, fabulous rooms, free parking and a great location.

consider the limited parking on a sunday afternoon as people are there for sunday lunch and afternoon teas so

room service only offered sandwiches, and no room service menu in the room.

i loved the 4 poster bed and spa bath

night too, and when we got back from town later that day we were told our breakfast would be room service monday

being woken in the very early hours of the morning by staff bumping metal laundry cages up stairs

the hotel is not family friendly or suitable got young kids

was very small 32”,christmas dinner was not very nice, kids meals very expensive, hotel but everyone was very
