was stunning very boutique dressing gowns, slippers and toiletries provided spa bath definitely a bonus was

they kindly gave me early check in and later check out as they were able to do so

we had the gold room with spa bath, super relaxing and great value for money

tea and coffee was in the room on arrival and the wifi was easy to access

the indoor pool is massive

great facilities, spa was lovely, beds really comfortable

thought the hotel was very stylish, facilities were great and the spa area was well managed to accommodate both

we used the car park and were unfortunately blocked in by a laundry lorry when it was time for us to leave,

kayaks, paddle boards and bikes all available to use along with a lovely heated pool , cinema and gym

the bar was lively and served great cocktails

were friendly and helpful, location is excellent and liked the fact the bar had live music

the staff, both reception and bar staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming

perfect location being close to the pier and town centre..lovely bar and restaurant area

ev charging point was a bonus and means that you will stay top of our list

was very small 32”,christmas dinner was not very nice, kids meals very expensive, hotel but everyone was very

early check in …polite and helpful staff
