so i felt i was constantly walking around to reach the front desk, the gym, parking, and the pool

that this is major concern, but there was kids running around near the gazebo, screaming and hollering in the

wifi was non-functional...very slow when it worked, but most of the time it didn't work.

check in, very very pleasant staff, room was sizeable and clean, the fitness center is great, the breakfast was

this is the only reasonable pet friendly hotel within a stone's throw of westchester county, so if you need to

i booked a no smoking room. they gave me a smoking room and the front desk guy said to me

looks old and not very fresh. you can smell that other people have been smoking in the room.

while the gym was well equipped it could do with a deep clean as the equipment was dirty and some of it not

wifi in public lobby or dining area and we paid for half board which apparently isn t available

we ordered room service and we were not disappointed

complimentary breakfast and full dinner buffets

bar tender with nose piercing was rude

only issue was finding the parking lot under the hotel

also on site parking, breakfast was included

reserved a room for 2 adults with kids and got a king bed and nothing else

i booked my room i put a comment that i have a pet (its a pet friendly hotel), no response received

gym was hot with only 1 treadmill bathroom toilet was full of excrement

wifi did not work in room and in business center

kitchen was empty

free wifi. marco polo restaurant was very good. room, beds were comfortable.

ordered room service and took a while to get food

loved the lobby and bar area, had lots of options
