what would have made this accommodation a 10 would have been a pool.

the staff was always so nice and helpful never had a issue with checking in or with our pet and this stay was

the wifi didn't work, and did not get fixed when we called down to the front desk.

much noise above our room the kids were still running and making noise at 11 we had to wake up at 3

need to upgrade wifi as it only works in the lobby, not the rooms.

staff told the rowdy kids were 12 years old and that was old enough to be in the pool area unsupervised

pet rooms on the 1st floor and near the door for easy in and out.

stayed here many times before, like the breakfast and separate bedroom for us, kids have lots of room in living

from a package but it would have been a big surprise to find better in a place with no real kitchen
