the bathroom was sparkling i had a non-smoking room & it didn't smell too bad at all

was on the first floor which is weird because when i got a spa room before i was not on the first floor
pets stay for free on every room regardless of the day

the hot tub/whirl pool was extremely dirty as well as the tub/shower.
bedspreads had holes in them appearing to be cigarette burns although the room was a non-smoking room
