ordered non smoking, stunk of smoke no heat floors dirty, crumbs in the bed.

i had room to park my big rig, and there were laundry facilities

no heat smoking room. wreaked of smoke. 27 outside and no heat

gave us a new room after we noticed that someone had been smoking in our room.

my girlfriend and i were extremely impressed with the cleanliness, staff, breakfast, the whole thing

stayed at the hampton so i could leave my car there and take their shuttle to and from the airport

shuttle drove through the middle lane like it was a regular road

the breakfast was delicious and very fresh

pool was closed temporarily. night light in room too bright for us and couldn't turn it off

the laundry room was on the third floor & their machines didn t take cards.

i missed breakfast.

the pool was great except we were told they were open til 10

i didn t like was that they were pet friendly and i had to pay for my pets

pool time was very minimum and the beds were a little harder than usual

there weren t many channels to choose from especially for the kids

some gym equipment not working or in need of servicing

casino temperature was too cool.

it says it is a resort but has no pool, which was a priority on this trip.
