the pool and spa area is in need of renovation - i believe these are already planned for future

welcome pack would be good also with butter marmalade etc and info on the hotel and times of pool gym opening

couldn t get hot water in shower walls very thin no generic wifi for tv. no breakfast included

it was a shame the spa was undergoing renovation but that didn't ruin the trip.

was first class for breakfast, evening meal we had was the early dinner 3 course with house wine, great value

doggy friendly with a pet bed bowls and a treat for my fur baby

wifi terrible connection, and netflix didn t work on tv

log fire and leather sofas to sink into in the bar area

evening meal menu was extensive and choice of breakfast was superb

it was my birthday and the staff arranged flowers, drinks, a picnic basket and rose petals on the bed

room was amazing and bar was inviting also

the evening meal we had in the restaurant was of the finest quality and we thoroughly enjoyed breakfast

shower door didn't shut resulting in us having to mop up water, sink in kitchen dripping all night, disturbed

was more than what was expected for the price , very clan and very comfortable, in the bar the food is 10/10

bar / cafe below the room with really nice owners which gave a very warm welcome and easy to talk

room service wasn't a room service, i couldn't order on website somehow (tried ipad, android), so i

at the time we stayed, there wasn t any room service due to some staffing issues but if you needed anything

renovated castle very good heating spacious rooms gorgeous breakfast friendly staff good wifi

also noted a nice golf course 5 mins walk down the avenue, looked nice

the bar was a lovely place to sit and it had outside space which would have been great if we d had

all amenities were included and all our needs catered for including both breakfast and dinner on room service

the courtyard for pre dinner drinks and bar are was very comfy

the hotel has a very comfortable lounge and bar near reception, with a cosy fireplace and multiple seating

offered different restaurant however we travelled most of the day, just had room service

breakfast was superb

breakfast was excellent and the staff were all friendly and helpful

only a very short walk to the centre and the hotel has a lovely little bar downstairs which allows you take to

the bar is very nice and serve excellent cocktails

building ideally situated in the city, quiet street but short walk across the bridge to shops, bars and cafes
