the pool and breakfast

usual hot breakfast offered by best westerns didn t really use the facilities like the pool, gym, etc

the noisy hallways but to be expected when full of kids. parking lot not big enough

liked that there was a lounge with a kitchen, we disliked that it closed early for food, given that we were

the hotel has nothing to offer except a swimming pool & gym - both things i did not use

disabled parking was not cleared of snow. pool was down but was not told until arrival.

get room service was a 4$ charge and 18% gratuity, no designated smoking area, jetted tubs when turned

busy breakfast monday of the long weekend at 9:15, i have never seen it like that before

when i arrived, only one of two washing machines in the guest laundry was working, by the time i left they were

accommodating with our family of 5, including 3 young kids
