wifi supposed to be free but we had trouble connecting and when we did it was so slow there was no

boutique hotel developed from an old engineering works, cosy bar areas and a lovely restaurant with superb food

please put wifi code in the room not on the desk at reception

the pub bar area was cosy and very clean as was our room

enough parking pub area both sides need modernising like upstairs too dated

i was also disappointed that parking had not been put aside for

ev charger hogged by one car.

room was large and comfortable but could not get early check in unless fee was paid

spoke to hotel management and they may now consider replacing it with more modern ev charger(s) as more and

really comfy room. good wifi and nice bar. breakfast was really good

much seating in the new bar area and very loud instead of being a comfy area to have a drink after

excellent freshly cooked breakfast

wifi a bit shaky with some 500 year old wall in the way some road noise from outside

the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room was spacious enough to easily accommodate the kids' beds

so great there was a gym but cross trainer was wobbly

tbh excellent breakfast opposite a large tesco if you need anything easy to find and plenty of parking

nice cosy warm atmosphere in the bar with all the locals it was great

wifi only reached into one corner of my room!

has great facilities, a brilliant bath and shower facility, a pub on site, plenty of free car parking, and

lovely hotel, luxury and a great price. room service excellent

love the family rooms - the two full size singles for the kids are great

kids do not eat free breakfast which surprised me

staff really friendly and helpful, facilities good (except for the bar closing early

prices and room service (bar food) couldn't be faulted
