wifi was bad and too many people in the pool noisy and loud wish they would have cleaned the room

the cook was so friendly and funny and breakfast options were great and easy

there was a child out in the hallways at 3 am and there were kids in the next room screaming and crying all

everything was really great, clean, staff was friendly and breakfast was good.

the yogurt was just the trix, full of sugar kind, which is fine for kids but i'd prefer something more healthy

hot tub wasnt up and running and was looking forward to it but we used the pool and still had a good time

i booked the site told me pets were allowed and i even messaged the hotel letting them know i had a cat, and

sidewalk and parking lot where snow and ice impacted making it difficult to safely walk.

fitness room equipment outdated or did not work

they questioned my reservation, they said i did not have a pet friendly room and tried charging me $50 even

too many kids from a hockey tournament in pool so couldn't use it.

we had kids knocking on the interior door after 3 i mentioned it when we checked out and the gentelman

room service to clean up broken glass didn't come up after 3 trys we did ourselves at the end.

syringe and liquor bottles in the parking lot which made me feel unsafe when i had to walk my dog

the bar area was packed and noisy with convention groups, hard to even get near the bartender to order

restaurant or bar were not open

the location. the proficient staff. parking roomsize.

which i had for room service, had a great ceasar salad and the best burger i've had in minneapolis

there was a nice pool and hot tub free breakfast it was close to where we had to go

room was clean and quiet. pool hours are good for adults, late enough to enjoy without kids.
