drinks and food at the bar and pool were outstanding

no room service. staff were not very helpful

and we needed telephone for contacting reception for an iron, and when the list of issues arose: wifi wasn't

they have issues with the air conditioning in the gym.

would add extra equipment at the gym as they have lots of room there for example a bench with the rack and

the rooms were fabulous and the spa facilities were unbelievable.

the staff was super rude when it came to room service i ordered a margarita pizza which was extremely cheesy

we asked for a cup at the gym and were told none were available

which would require a little improvement for more advanced fitness enthusiasts, would be the gym equipment

the guys at the bar was bit harsh but other then that has not issuses.

the spa was closed(even dough was advertised on the travel offer),i couldn`t use the sauna,steam room

i were surprised by number of families with kids and groups of friends, very nice pools, just 100m to the

sports bar with snacks was excellent

so helpful, the drinks and cocktails amazing, room service very good and they even put in a mosquito plug as i

rooms were larger than expected, sea view was also a pool view with great double glazing so any noise was canceled

from the other side of the complex it would have been nice to have one or two facilities for kids - there is

they say they have room service but no one answer when you call, then you go to the reception they say they
