the pool was clean and having access to a phone to call for poolside dining and drinks is wonderful

booked here mostly for the spa which there was no availability in so we paid extra for off premises spa amentities

the pool was very clean and refreshing

the bar lounge was very enjoyable with a great atmosphere

staff they're nice people nice communication and the place is nice and quiet the swimming pool is excellent

no hassle easy to get in and out they have a bar in the lobby which played old school music which my husband

father in law was not included in complimentary breakfast even though i paid for 3 adults and 2 kids to book

location is great. wifi works good. big rooms and beautiful.

good wifi when i ask them for wifi they give over 10 password to tryout finally one of them works but

our particular room did not receive the wifi signal.

the breakfast was adequate but i felt it was expensive

breakfast buffet is served in the kitchen and

breakfast was good and staff happy to give us information about places to visit and eat

nantucket, few blocks walk to main st/restaurants, fire pit at night was a bonus, great staff & pet

clean and comfortable place to stay. excellent breakfast and very friendly staff.

i liked the staff. i loved the spa tub. the bed. the waffle iron.

the upstairs was extremely hot by the bathroom/ spa area

my kids loved the upstairs and the spiral staircase

the pool was amazing for my group of kids ages 5-11

part of the fireplace was on the floor in the room when we walked in

great hotel to explore plymouth. kids lived the pool

could park right out front of my doorway, there was wifi, and the front desk was very courteous

they have parking, pool, wifi and breakfast all included in

a standard best western. a guest laundry was appreciated.

we here is also complimentary laundry facility, free parking and breakfast was included in price

plenty of parking space and a very quiet place

not to mention i got an efficiency room with a kitchenette

clean and bright pool area and fitness center

clean comfortable room, it was so big, more like a small apartment, with its living room, a kitchenette and a

great breakfast in the morning as well with lots of options
