staff especially at reception are exceptional pool and surrounding areas are fantastic

circuit spa was fab hotel was very clean staff were so helpful breakfast was so varied plenty

this disappointment continued to breakfast, when we were informed, that the kitchen were not going to provide

also there where under age kids in the pool with no parent control the pool attendant was not

nothing other than the hotel not haveing a pool

the air conditioning in the gym can be improved, please do have it switched on all the time

it was well located to get anywhere in the city and had onsite pool and gym facilities

the laundry prices were a little high but we appreciate reasons for that

was a little bit tight and room service when ordering food was a little overpriced with additional 3 per item

no tea or coffee facilities and not available on room service

the outside bar area was a really nice touch and welcoming

also there is not a residents bar inside the hotel, but outside in another street
