only basic breakfast included in the room rate, so we had to pay extra for what we wanted

only ones staying (off season) and robert took good care of us in the morning and made us a good breakfast

common spaces with fireplaces and books for reading, hanging out, playing pool, were a bonus

a heated pool would have been a nice addition.

the kids loved the park and animals and food was amazing

wifi didn t work and we had cockroaches but this is kind of normal in this country

the luck at the trout bar was not made well. also the food is expensive

hiking to waterfalls, zoo were easy on paved path, great for kids

so we just got room service

every area that i visited was spotless: our rooms, the salon, patio, walkways, and pool area

that said, the wifi was poor, both in ability to connect and in strength
