only thing as a negative, we could not log onto the wifi

opening a window wasn t great either as we were right above the kitchen and kept getting wafts of grease

the laundry was piled up in the hall when i left at 8:30 on a saturday, sort of ruined the ambiance

the room came with a bathtub adorned with petals, and the nicest shower

did have to step over the laundry when going down the stairs with our suitcases which is not ideal

the breakfast was excellent, room service was very good also

modern, clean, brilliant shower, good wifi. nice breakfast. nice decor.

bad parking, room service did not top up milk during our stay and had to buy our own from supermarket

the private garden with spa was perfect spot in the sun for relaxing and reading a book

wifi signal in the room (basement) was unreliable - but this is very minor and easily outweighed by

i didnt use the spa but it's nice to know it there and maybe of i arrive with a bit more spare time next time

was a little warm but the main thing was wifi was playing up, but that is being very picky

presented hotel , amazing breakfast, lovely bar tender who we enjoyed chatting with, would definitely return if

also the spa function did not work

stay the tv in our room didn t connect to the wifi so they amazingly upgraded our room to the best room they

only problem i had was the poor wifi

i think the trick to get close parking is to wait or circle and come back to see if a space becomes available

wifi worked well

hydrotherapy pool at the spa was out of use, so was a little gutted, but the rest of the spa made up for it

spa was beautiful and great gym facilities

the staff were delightful, and the drinks downstairs at the bar were top-notch

lovely to turn up with 2 tired kids and get such a warm welcome, help with my bags and generally made to feel

it had some noise issues both the ac and some issues with wifi

very friendly and helpful, prioritised the cleaning so i could have an early check in and upgraded my room

rooms 7 & 8 loft rooms had the kitchen extractor venting to the roof near the windows giving a smell of food,

didnt get the wifi code

no view. kitchen extractor a bit noisy.

full meals and bar meals may be eaten in the olive lounge, although the tables are a bit low for the former

carpet wasn t hoovered well from a previous stay, rose petals and hair pins on the floor but wasn

minor downside was as the euros were on, i'd have liked to have watched the game in the bar rather than in my

loads of parking space

staff were helpful and friendly. hotel was in a nice location, good parking,
