ease of parking and exterior appearance and ambience of the hotel was brilliant

we love the hotel it s so quirky. amazing food, great bar and a fab location

wonderful place to stay in a very good location with ample parking both on and off site all at no extra cost

with option to have breakfast in our room the room and hotel was clean and tidy

the reception restaurant and bar team were all great and have already recommended brockley hall to everyone we

i work very hard to earn the amount of money they charge and on a night away from the kids, i want a bath and

lovely spacious room and happily good quality despite being a 'with pet' room

a big thank you to fiona and all the reception staff, the girls in the spa and everyone who went that extra

room upgraded into the main building. also ev charger installed and worked !!

was great so no moan there maybe the price of the parking if you wanted to stay during the day but i bet we

the kitchen was particularly well equipped and the welcome pack of local produce was a lovely touch

the continental breakfast is oh so good with plenty of items on offer

trouble, 2 days of piece and quiet in wonderful surroundings with comfortable bed and amazing spa bath to soak

it felt luxurious and then to add to the luxury there was a 2 person spa bath

a continental breakfast was included, which wasn't advertised on booking

i'm coeliac and there was a separate menu available, both for dinner and breakfast

choose a pet friendly room which was our choice , however the skirting boards and patio were not as clean ,

the hotel is situated very close to whitby golf club

the breakfast and dinner options, the buggy service, the environmental/sustainability ethos with ev chargers

maybe a few more car parking spaces to the front by the beach house.

friendly and helpful the fact it was animal friendly is a bonus even though we did not bring a pet

unable to get wifi, connected to server ok but no internet.

a small fridge would be a big bonus to keep milk or pet food in if you staying for more than a few days

ethjng that i don't like but i would have liked wifi access available even if it had to be paid for

wifi was a bit rubbish where we stayed but it was away from the main building

there is ample parking, which for whitby is a great rarity

the restaurant and bar staff were vey efficient and friendly the food was delicious

breakfast was delicious but very surprised plates were chipped

staff at the bar and restaurant for breakfast were all polite and friendly

lovely building with character. had a bar or quiet lounge to choose to drink

and laundry - insanely clean and amazing, you can ask for them to clean your room everyday, and top up

the room was very nice,we even had a pet seagull,the food both in breakfast and the evening was well presented

we didn t get wifi signal in this room and it was quite dark due to it being below ground level

wifi could have been better but this was probably down to being on the lowest floor

very cosy room with lovely view. the breakfast was huge, too much for 1 person to eat

a major thing, but breakfast is served in the bar of the pub downstairs, where they are receiving deliveries

the fact it's a dog friendly property made it even better with lots of lovely friendly pooches to pet

when we came back at 10-30pm the bar was closed even to residents

the bar and restaurant were really welcoming and the food was great too
