room service did not come for 2 days and there were no toiletries provided

along the river, quiet. good parking. just ok. it was clean.

the motel is in a quiet residential riverside location and provides ample parking

internet, no wifi in the room, have to go near the reception

poor staffing, smelly room, broken fixtures, very slow wifi, long wait for checking out..

plus we didn’t get to have breakfast due to the fact that it was fully crowded with kids like a summer camp

the hotel staff was incredibly kind, and gave me a 3 hour late check out for free, and helped me with everything

when asked to extend for a late check out because they promised water back on later so i could have a shower

hotel us not kids friendly fro desk staff ask me 200$ damage deposit because i have a 7 years old kid at the

hotel with indoor salon, gift shop and chez cora, dry cleaner and alterations, restaurant bar on second floor,

nice big comfortable clean rooms and the hotel bar has a ultra relaxed atmosphere, the check in / out experience

it felt like such a retreat, and yet they were absolutely welcoming to our kids
