we got stuck in the middle of the golf course and took 1/2 hour to get out
had a beautiful view of the golf course
we came in expecting the restaurant and bar to be open, but our only option was to have food delivered
there was no breakfast, the restaurant was closed and there was no bar to relax in.

for the 3rd person staying in the room having no room service to get new towels, to take garbage, etc
hot tub didn't work, and it was awkward for people to access the pool area
needed to do laundry and the convenience of a washer dryer in the hotel was not available
comfort, free spa, free wifi, free gym
room service for second day ?
