when i asked for extra (2) got only one and the same one that they give at the swimming pool, small and not

and an odd and awkward shape and with kids jumping in you really had to watch them

we stayed for 2 nights with our 3 kids and it was a pleasure

i loved the shower and fireplace, and the atmosphere of the room

no pool or hot tub

plenty of parking and staff was wonderful

early noise from guys starting their equipment in the parking lot at 5 am.

we first arrived, we were given a non smoking room which had obviously been smoked in (the smell of pot reaked

greetings wasn't cool, i brought my dog with me since the hotel was pet friendly, i haven't noticed anywhere on

kids loved the swimming pool , loved waking up and having their free breakfast with the other families

the breakfast was light and healthy, we had porrage, yogurt, apple sauce, coffee, hot chocolate,

the restaurant and bar is a bonus

it was pretty good value for money and there was kitchen supplies to make your own meals

the bed is comfortable and the room was clean. wifi and tv we're fonctionnal. that's a plus!

it also included air conditioning and a convenient kitchenette with basic essential amenities

facility of laundry is not good i had missing clothes from laundry moreover no cameras in the area so nothing

the spa bathtub

it’s also a plus that they offer ev charging on site

there was a kitchen with breakfast room provided included in the stay

the bathroom was very nice. the fireplace in our room was a nice touch.

in attendant did not explain about wifi or any of the amenities hotel name on booking

no wifi for my entire stay. i had important work. could not do anything

beware of hidden fees, they charged us a pet fee, we thought it was included in the booking rate from booking

wasn't impressed we the elevated parking site

dozens of kids playing hockey in the hallway using my room door as their goal!!!

the spa bath was awesome

spa tub in the bathroom was fantastic. so much space in the room and bathroom. .

booked a king room, upgraded to executive suite! large jacuzzi, cold ac, full kitchen.

the resto was wonderful and room service

no toothbrush in the room, no room cleaning so don't recommend staying for more then 1 night, no laundry room

the hotel does have a pool.

electricity was out and wifi was out when we got there, but these issues were corrected later

wifi doesn't always work.
