we also would have liked a minibar in the room as the bar closes quite early

there were no services after 9pm a mini bar or at least more bottled water would have been good

no restaurant or bar on site. staff gone home at 9pm

parking was convenient, bed comfortable, staff helpful.

also, our pet hate when staying at hotels (pretty much

being careful to fill the spa bath above the water spouts, it still squirted water up and out of the bath

room was very nicely decorated and comfortable with a spacious en suite with an amazing looking spa bath which

extra wide bed was much appreciated, as was also the easy street parking outside the hotel for 1 1/2 hours with

fantastic bathroom ( room 5 ) easy parking excellent wi fi in the room

there was no parking space in the street in front of the hotel

the kids absolutely loved the many nooks and crannies in the chateau

the rooms were enormous, the pool was lovely, the staff so helpful and friendly, and the breakfast fantastic

you book for a family - all rooms are with double beds so 2 kids share a bed

loved the building, especially the cave walkway from the underground parking area to the foyer

we dined at breakfast with classical music playing to a roaring fireplace
