it was more of a serviced apartment than a hotel but without the kitchen facilities

high end finish to the room and spa area

i no we had the spa but that closes at 7 and what we paid i would of hoped for my own tub outside to uses which

stay - rooms well thought out and designed, outdoor bath very serene, good shower, good room service

sugar and bottle opener in room online ordering room service didn't

nice position close to pubs restaurants. first time i have ever had a fireplace in my room

kitchen seemed to run out of things quite early.

money, clean, great breakfast, quirky interior in an obviously old building, great location and parking, very

seems to be being used to house families which in itself isn't a problem, but kids and adults shouting at 8am

we found dirty laundry from the previous occupant under the chair indicating not effectively cleaned

my room service tray was left outside my room from 3p.m. until i left the next day

the waiting time at the main bar would have been halved if more staff were serving

a beautiful wedding venue (in a completely separate part of the hotel), so i do not know if the bar or restaurant

location, excellent restaurant, good sized room, plenty of parking, friendly staff, clean and tidy

after a long day out i phoned room service (only time on the second night) and it

the private spa area was truly the highlight for me soothing, quiet, and exactly what i didn t know i

great people, wonderful accommodation, stunning views and the most incredible breakfast

the warm welcome, coffee machine, delicious breakfast, spa bath...loved it all

room was beautiful and the breakfast was so good my partner is still talking about it 3 weeks later

in own bathroom, led lighting in the spa bath, breakfast was amazing
