it was more of a serviced apartment than a hotel but without the kitchen facilities

high end finish to the room and spa area

i no we had the spa but that closes at 7 and what we paid i would of hoped for my own tub outside to uses which

stay - rooms well thought out and designed, outdoor bath very serene, good shower, good room service

sugar and bottle opener in room online ordering room service didn't

leaking tap had caused water to pool in the bathroom but this was fixed on day 2

the warm welcome, coffee machine, delicious breakfast, spa bath...loved it all

place with incredible helpful and enthusiastic staff, beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was amazing

we also had a spa bath and a mini sauna in our room and just not enough time to try everything out

breakfast was gorgeous

wifi was generally good in the room & dining area

staff were helpful and pleasant - my friend and i had afternoon tea, a bar meal in the evening and breakfast

parking, quite dark around the entrance

but if a battle for parking space outside the cottages

excellent restaurant and bar area

bed settee for kids and double for us

we found dirty laundry from the previous occupant under the chair indicating not effectively cleaned

value at 55 for a friday night - excellent buffet breakfast and parking included

only stayed for 1 night & kids used the sofa bed which wasn't great but fine for 1 night

seems to be being used to house families which in itself isn't a problem, but kids and adults shouting at 8am

better parking marked at accomodation

helpful staff attractive village location/picturesque countryside good food wine and beers free parking close

large room with comfortable bed (we stayed in one of the adjacent cottages which had its own parking but the

very good breakfast

lots of parking at the property

spa outstanding and the food was exceptionally good

pool, hot tub was a little colder than expected, hot tub also at over capacity most of thee evening

wifi reception

staff were wonderful, parking for our motorbikes great, lovely beer garden and great food

had a lovely room upgrade with a super comfy bed and a lovely bathroom with a whirlpool spa bath

excellent wifi connection no loss of service experienced even in bad weather

wifi coverage could have been more consistent, especially in the bedroom

parking was great

no phone signal or wifi connection.

the daily room service could be better - it was good though just a tad bit better
