spa and fireplace

very well presented, clean, cozy and adequate kitchen to cook meals

wifi is slow but didn't go there for that

highly recommended to people travelling with kids

no outside bin to throw our rubbish into, had to leave it in the kitchen, which felt wrong

our kids absolutely loved the spa bath, and it was a great way to finish off our holiday

wifi didn't work

was clean and you can tell they go the extra mile for guest comfort with everything from after spa lotion and

the electric blankets were a bonus on the cold nights. quiet area and easy parking.

little bit tight in the kitchen area which is combined with lounge/dining but it didn t bother us too much

room was big with a double bed and a single bed, huge window, wifi, microwave, fridge, table and 2 chairs, air

great views and excellent communal kitchen was very useful

wifi worked well

to quite area at the end of corridor for ppl who travel solo and other rooms for family with kids or couple also

single beds in the kids rooms were a bit lumpy

loved the history of this incredible lodge, the common room with the beautiful views and fireplace

the inclusive breakfast was great

and extra touches like netflix and amazon prime in the rooms, the fireplaces, the honesty bar and the scrumptious

parking on the property was secure and plenty of it

there is plenty of on-site parking available

i was woken by the thumping of the treadmill in the gym - i was in room 123

breakfast was delicious

found the laundry room on the art your ( which was very good)

waited an hour for our breakfast

the gym equipment is new and functional

good reception found us a larger room with kitchenet

room was well appointed with kitchen facilities and separate lounge

was very basic, no facewasher, not sure if they have free wifi as there was no info book in the room

we had problems with the wifi. it didn't ask us for a login code and was very intermittent.

warmer blankets were needed. no kitchenette.

very nice breakfast, excellent vallet service and auper tidy rooms

room was all automated by a touch tablet which the kids loved

a great stay that could only be made better if they had a pool

my only disappoint was there was no swimming pool

indoor pool or spa

car parking system

kitchen very well equipped to cook a simple meal on 2 ring induction hob or microwave

with modern aesthetically pleasing decor, separate lounge / bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, laundry and spacious

the wifi was a bit patchy

a comfortable bed and clean bathroom, had everything we needed with a washing machine/dryer and kitchenette

the room service meal was excellent - especially the thai beef salad

we had room service 2 nights and one breakfast, fantastic food, tasty and great

love the location and secure parking for my classic cars when i bring them to hobart, and this time i was greeted

the kitchen is fully equipped with all needed facilities, stove, microwave, electric kettle and toaster

clothes dryers took 2 1/2 hours to par-dry our laundry

so impressed with how fresh, clean and comfortable we found each of the beds, i could tell the kids quilts in

no air conditioning in the room which made it very uncomfortable as it was hot weather and both kids were unwell

loved the spa in my spa suite

didn t like sharing bathroom with my kids

that the wifi netwerk needs some attention
