great breakfast and rice lake is a cute town
had what was needed on this trip: good location to events, clean room with good ac and a awesome breakfast area

there were 2 cars in parking lot and because of their computer system we could not get a room earlier than 1:
they are pet friendly and have a large parking lot you can park your rv or trailer
no hot water. shower or spa both. poor excuse from manager
just because we had the only young kids in our group we were told we were to loud.
the pool and spa area were lovely and the breakfast area was clean and had a good variety

i was in room 223 and realized that the wifi does not reach to this corner of the building
night security doors wouldn't lock.the bar was hit and miss if anyone was there or even open.
fortunate that a gas station was across the parking lot for coffee and pastry
of room: they charged us extra for our kids even though our reservation stated we had 2 children with us
the pools and the slide would be great for kids
