the pool location is a little weird, its in between the parking spots and the small little mall across

wifi was down throughout my 2 day stay

i like the space of the room, and the cable and wifi.

pool is unusable as it s next to half a shopping mall and in the middle of parking

spa tub was the only reason i booked this place

wifi would not connect at all even considering the fact they have 3 connection spots none worked

everything except there s no pool

liked the spa tub

that s what would make me book again, there security at night parking is always available the staff were sure

was friendly, parking lot was safe, they have they're own security guard all night

that was left was a smoking room which normally isn't ideal but you can live with for one night

wifi works good in certain parts of the motel

was in a room right by the ice dispensary and the wifi didn t work at all in that particular location

the beds are huge and the rooms and cable wifi always works good

also the rooms are always clean & love that it s pet friendly

barely worked the door was sketchy seemed like it had been kicked in previously the jets and the spa tub did

was able to walk to nos for hard summer and saved money on parking and ubers!

plugs,lighting very very dim,needs painting,it had roaches,the wifi signal very poor,i was worried my vehicle

they have cable free wifi and very cold ac and the parking lot has lots of lights and cameras.

booked the king suite with spa bath

were little kids on floor that were not surpervidwd by parents and so loud

i reserved a room with spa but was unable to use the spa

location, heated pool, close to the freeway & many restaurants, clean & classy bar & restaurant in the lobby,

staff, location all wonderful which is why i was really surprised at the quality of the pool

is clean, stuff where above and beyond but the only issue is they need to clean the swimming pool more often

wifi never

parking lot was super full but we made it work and it wasn't a deal breaker.

the indoor heated pool

need a foot stool in bathroom for kids to reach sink and wash hands

fitness center below par. breakfast okay but also slightly below par.

and we had to go down stairs to the lobby to pick up sheets and blanket at 11:00 pm with all the kids+ a baby

the staff promptly addressed a situation when kids playing video games in a nearby room were yelling at the

good breakfast, staff and housekeeping was awesome

we liked what we saw but the only thing i would work on is the continental breakfast.

clean and they had underground parking

enough seating during breakfast since there seemed to be some groups of kids for some type of competition

kids jumping around and stomping above us for 4 hours until midnight blaring music had to contact

i didn't like the pool area, we went to get in the jacuzzi and it was cold.

ad said indoor pool but it was outside. not a big deal-still went swimming.

the security guard was very inappropriate with me when i when out back by the pool to smoke a cigarette

i loves how everything was clean and really enjoyed the room service
