the spa bath was clean and room very spacious

spa (hot tub) was closed the whole time but the pool was open

operated guest laundry, parking lot was very slippery on account of untreated ice underneath snow

i dont know why you dont have pet friendly rooms on the main floor to make it easier to take the dog out to

i loved that young kids are free for the breakfast buffet

rooms are pet friendly so if you have allergies to pet dander it s a problem

like the front desk staff the room the fireplace the pool and gym the free parking the bed very comfortable

staff was rude gave us a dirty pet room

the north wing is awful - like a 1 star motel. also the wifi did not work at all.

the room was clean and comfortable. i loved the indoor pool and hot tub.

and the room was a little small for 2 adults and 2 kids

bed was comfortable, the whirlpool tub was great, and the selection for breakfast was great

it was clean and it allowed early check in

“good” breakfast with smoothies and so much listed and it was just enough variety to keep the kids happy

parking was right next to the hotel

staff we had a excellent room with living area and dinning with kitchenette

upgrade they offered was subpar kind of dirty and still smell like smoke even though it was a non-smoking floor

smoking if in the casino , but i did not gamble so no problem.

the airport shuttle was due at 5:00am, but did not arrive until a little after 5:15.

parking lot got full and was no where to park , but the night staff went and moved the garbage cans

the location is ideal and is located at the start of all the casino's on the main street

cactus bar bartender both nights was not very friendly and acted like it was an effort to do his job

when i arrived i asked for a laundry room and the receptionist told me they have one and
