room was spacious and clean, ample parking and the staff was polite knowledgeable and friendly.

the wifi does not work so if you are doing business don't bother trying
and location good but not good with a noisy bar across the way
i was disappointed, but went prepared to order room service

we stayed in the royal suite and it was amazing. the room service was impeccable.
typically have room service breakfast & they've changed the type of sausages they served
the amenities were fantastic too the gym and hot tub were some of the best i've used

we took advantage of some of the services offered in the attached damara spa which were also excellent

was disappointed with room service
the pool looks outdated but it is warm and a good size for kids
loved the pool and waterslide and had lots of fun there
the restaurant and bar were open for dining in and we were able to enjoy a drink and meal to unwind before
the breakfast was from far the best we ever had

pool was closed. this was a big reason for choosing this hotel.
enjoyed the pool and hot tub. good selection of food for breakfast.

staff nice and accommodating, beds, coffee maker and wifi good

the gym is quite small, just three machines.
there was plenty of parking
no pool or hot tub if we were to stay more than 1 night i would want a pool.

kids were running up and down the hall lots ( but they're kids so that's just what they do ) also
of the 5 of us this trip but it would easily accommodate a family of 5 next trip and all three kids would have
quick check in and out. outside door parking.
clean room, fun pool and slide, above average breakfast
no paper guide for the tv channels. very weak wifi.
