i loved that beach, the pool and restaurants were all in walking distance

spa was exceptional from the staff to the spa packages

room service takes longer than it should and wifi service is very spotty

breakfast food was not hot @ the buffet. only complaint.

my two older boys went to the activity pool , whist we were happy chilling at one of the quieter pools

not good at all if you travel with kids and elder people

breakfast was always amazing and lots of choices.

we had access to ventus at marina el cid spa and resort next door, which offered a number of great amenities,

we had an amazing time, lots of nightly entertainment, daily stuff for the kids and adults

i didn't mind too much because the pools were so great, but a nice beach would have totally wowed us

i don't think kids should be allowed at the nicer dinner spots either

beach is so-so, but the pools more than make up for it.

spa is very small and twice we had to ask to have the dry sauna looked at because it was not hot

we took our family with teenagers and the pools were amazing, kids loved the room service, we had a swim-up

the rooms were large and very comfortable, spa jacuzzi was great fun for our family
