my sister and i are in our sixties and the knees don't work great the ramp from coming from the parking lot was

we found that the kitchen was very haunted and the door opened and closed many times

they grow their own produce in a lovely kitchen garden

the drinks at the hotel bar are quite pricey, yet they were delicious

complaint but the cocktail i had from the bar was meh, weak

i could hear entire conversations in my room from the bar below

moaning on one side that kids asked about

didn t realize that the restaurant and bar was only open from 5-8, which is understandable during covid

the wifi did not work

no utensils despite being a suite with full kitchen

size of the room was amazing, and that it had a kitchenette in it was a bonus

kitchenette had no utensils, paper towels or coffee for the ancient coffee maker

i had a pet friendly room so there were stains on the carpet and strong odor in the room.

i loved self check in and the bonus room for playing pool

my husband got shocked every time he touched the electric fireplace

extra towels were available and a game room with board games, football, and pool table

got to pet so many giant elk bison and more

the pool was pleasant

our room had such a soft bed and wonderful spa tub

the wifi was very spotty/touch and go. had to struggle with my personal hotspot many times

also, gym is not on site it's a contract with a local gym that is closed on the weekends

very noisy, slamming of doors, kids crying till very late.

the hot tub and pool were closed.

has a laundry area for guests but was out of order when we were there.

the location and shuttle service to the clearwater casino!
