a fake fireplace that looked like it turned on with a switch

they had laundry facilities down the hall on the first floor that were very convenient

had fun in the pool

hotel is reasonably priced, the rooms are comfortable, the spa is open late, and the breakfast in the morning

everything was more than expected. parking was quite crowded, but that couldn't be helped.

nice pool and playground areas for the kids

pool water was way too cold. it should be a heated pool

the smell of the room is equivalent to a sweaty gym and cheap soap

we went to the hollywood casino for crab leg buffet and there was no buffet

then when we got back to the hotel after being at the smoky casino, we were told there was no hot water

room service doesn't start till 7am

great location close to hollywood casino, since the casino does not have a hotel

they had a shuttle to the kansas speedway which was nice but could use more shuttles

the pet fee is outrageous (30$ a night) for a

pool and hot tube water was perfect temp couldn't have been any better

parking lot was horrible

we couldnt utilize rhe sqimming pool because it was allegedly down for construction but yet no construction

no pool or hot tub, as advertised
