we stayed, they were not offering room service (november 2021), i believe this was due to staff shortage/pandemic

was great that they were able to get us adjoining rooms because we had kids with us

i was pleasantly surprised the hotel had a laundry room for guests but it was very dirty

were very pet friendly with beautiful trails to walk on

location is close to the freeway down the street from the casino and nearby restaurants

room service was great and food really good

didnt know it was a pet friendly hotel, for that reason i didn't enjoy staying

the pool was large (gave us some privacy from others who were poolside)

rooms were very clean and the swimming pool was wonderful to use during these heartbreaking times

liked that the fireplace was always going during a cold visit

the spa was fabulous as well as the staff . and the lunch and breakfast was delicious

less number of lounge chairs at poolside made it less crowded which is good, but if you were late, no room

make sure you go to the spa to enjoy the watsu pool with underwater music

the breakfast and cocktail hour were over the top and when i commented on the deliciousness of the

emily at breakfast such a wonderful kind person to assure to provide excellent service
