ceiling in swimming pool has some leaks but we had great fun

the spa was not hot, as a matter of fact none of the water was really able to get hot.

the access to the pool, the spa ( sauna ) area was out of order . the restrooms was disgusting.

love that it has a pool, it’s a great way to keep the kids occupied and they also have a sauna for adults

given that we were a group of 17 with kids and teenagers, they accommodated us in every way

no soap in the kitchen or xtra trash bags.

d like that it was a family, friendly resort unfortunately this place is not for kids

hot tub in the room was broke and in the other hotel and the out side pool is not being taken care

we love the location and scenery. the pool looked nice but too many young kids running around

didn t like that the property used to offer a full kitchen and now they re saying that they only do that

i liked the place, the size of the room, parking.

wifi connection is poor at all the times

the room was far away you must to have car to get to the restaurant or bar and if you like to drink you can

h2o water park, arcade, bowling, theater and so much more

prohibitive pet allergy fees ($200) and requirement to be with pet at all times

they are a pet friendly hotel and were great with our furry angel

pool area needs updating.

wish kitchen was open later (good food!), but bar stayed open -

was nothing i didn t like except the pool

pool was clean and staff was amazing

wifi was weak

the parking was right in front of room so i was able to keep.an eye on my vehicle

highway so if your coming from the south you need to turn around or do a u turn to get into motel parking lot

room, even though it was a non-smoking room, still reaked of cigarette smoke which adversly affected my allergies

i had no problem with the staff nor housekeeping and plenty of space for your pet to roam

the jets didn t work for the spa tub, pieces of the wall were falling off and the lock to the outside door

front, when we were leaving to go and get our bags and got a nasty note on the car, that we have parking in the

no spa, no gym
