activities for the kids

most of the rooms have kitchen which is a sigh of relief when traveling with family

the outdoor z& indoor pools were great

gym: nobody was monitoring it, young kids playing on machines even tho it says 18 and older;

kids had a grrat time

like that it was a family, friendly resort unfortunately this place is not for kids

we had planned on using the room s kitchen for our dinner and breakfast (we brought our food along) but the

check in was too fast and the recreational activities are amazing, all the staff is nice and the breakfast is

there is plenty of parking lot and there's no charge for it which is very nice, our kids went to the waterpark

property was quiet and peaceful. rooms and bathrooms were clean. huge parking lots.

hotel has a very large heated indoor pool

it was a family environment and the pool was a plus for the kids

the spa tub had brown stains, the spout plug didn't have a way to remove it once it was in the drain &

the access to the pool, the spa ( sauna ) area was out of order . the restrooms was disgusting.

front, when we were leaving to go and get our bags and got a nasty note on the car, that we have parking in the

- the back door coming up the stairs from the parking lot didn t open from the outside with the code given

just clear parking rules.

we were having trouble connecting to the wifi, so we texted them for help

mouse traps, bed bugs - my kids have red bumps all over them

no breakfast, no gym, the pool was gross and the key card was iffy when it worked

the room was very comfortable and i really liked rhe bunk beds for my kids.

my kids had fun

room was nice and comfortable, always cleaned right away when we put room service

no one at desk to get some so i went to the gym and took the toilet paper from that bathroom

no spa, no gym

needs a few more parking spaces by the garden of eden suites

parking was not close to the rooms

the hotel have a gaming area and bar till midnight, and the rooms have everything you need

the boating, the spa and the indoor restaurant/bar

the room service was fast and the food was hot

chris at the front desk was very informative as far as the hotel, parking, and recommended close by restaurants

not enough parking and no bell man

we were given a late check out since we were travelling with kids

was nothing i didn t like except the pool

excellent staff and owner, pet friendly, excellent breakfast, room warm and top of scale

emotional support animal was not recognized as a service animal and i had to pay the pet fee is the only thing

not enough smoking rooms.

bright lights in parking lot shined above and below curtains at night

arrived too late in the evening too find a new pet friendly accommodation

room smelled like cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room.

went out of their way more than once to accomade our order for food , and a late check out

how about an outdoor pool

dinner at the restaurant inside the main inn and it was delicious and included a beautiful salad bar and soup

it was great to have a gym, pool, and spa right across from our room's building

try to improve wifi reception.

at times the wifi was spotty, and couldn't stream movies/shows

well located, nice staff, eclectic guests, good morning breakfast, adequate parking , laundry machines available

great value clean and friendly staff ez highway access safe parking close to shops

also, not enough parking i would say

wifi not working .

the free wifi and free breakfast were also great with super friendly staff
