not many parking lot spaces

in the room, there were ants all over the bathroom counter, rude service when checking in and parking, dirty

he yelled at us for parking in the wrong spot, he yelled at us for asking if we could pay cash, we were having

parking good. nearby italian restaurant very good.

wifi does not work in room

the pet fee is much much too high

coffee - 24/7 little gym - just a treadmill, elliptical machine and a cable weight machine - 24/7 laundry - $2

bed and towels on floor, upgraded to the spa room, old, rusty and dirty, wouldn t recommend to

full kitchen!

room was non smoking but still smelled like cigarettes and there were burns on the blankets

problems with wifi is the only issue. wifi seems to work better with certain rooms.

i liked the spa bath and the size of the room.

kitchen with gas stove , microwave and large refrigerator, very clean room with nice hot shower ,

room had kitchen, which made it excellent to store and cook

the room was huge, had an own kitchen and two extremely comfortable beds.

we did travel with a large dog, so the pet fee was a lot cheaper than the competitors and other hotels/airbnbs

the free wifi is excellent, whereas other places that charge a higher price for better wifi still

small parking ..busy night can be terrible parking if not impossible!!

we got upgraded to a bigger room with a new kitchen and new bathroom

it was really comfortable stay, we also liked the breakfast very much.

the swimming pool and jacuzzi were the cleanest

great walkable neighborhood with several good restaurants pet friendly but only downside is no convenient pet

advertise that they have a kitchenette but it was hardly that just a fridge microwave and coffee maker no other

designated pet area

spa tub in room was amazing staff couldn't be nicer, genuinely friendly.

the room was very clean and comfortable and the decor of the rooms, lobby, restaurant and bar is lovely

i had no idea wifi service in room, i had to use it downstairs in the main lobby to work.

covid-19 is still rampant, so it'll be a long time before we see a breakfast bar in a hotel again

particular suite with could use a little kitchen tlc but other than that, perfect accommodations

have those things functioning there was a lightbulb missing those things should be checked in my kids room they

we had a king studio and it was large with a separate kitchen

pool was too crowded with rambunctious kids

you did not have to pay for such as water bottles, sugar, oil for cooking, some basic snacks for kids

clean and comfortable room and the spa tub was great.

hotel was very nice and comfortable. loved the restaurant, bar and outdoor lounge area.

we were so pleasantly surprised firstly by it s appearance in the lobby, it has a cosy bar right next door,

all tv channels were unavailable. wifi wouldn t connect

spa tub upgrade.
