supposed to be non-smoking but someone had used our bathroom like a chimney

everyone from the greeter , front desk staff , waitress at bix , room service staff , and even the amazing

historic building with elegant restorations; spacious and well appointed guest rooms; charming common areas;

wish the spa was open on the weekend with longer hours. we didn t get to use facilities.

no info on wifi to buy or free and cell service is sketchy.

the food and service in the sports bar was great.

food in the restaurant next to the casino sucks

only issue was you had to bring your towel from room to pool

there wasn't enough coffee also the pool wasn't clean had a lot of things floating

pet friendly

the pool area could use some maintenance, but everything else was great!

pool has been closed for months

staff was nice, the first night there there was an incident with someone smoking weed in the room next to ours

think their pet policies are over priced especially when you are just there overnight, not even 24 hours

were comfortable and passed the mattress test:) staff was friendly, was quiet, pool was great

fireplace didn't work remote in bedroom area didn't work

wore night clothes bare feet and interrupted us for hours with noisy music as he laid across the fireplace hearth

this place is more suitable for families having kids because of the pool, not for the business traveler

location was a little far away from most retail. property was great for pet travel!
