they resolved us turning up with our pet and not having a pet room available, organised our hiking picnic

when we arrived both the drawing room and bar were full to capacity and we had tea in the hall by reception

was no bar but they had lounges but due to covid you could only use these 15 mins before your meal time

everything the spa bath was amazing

location, fantastic room, lovely breakfast and the young man on reception alfie was just delightful and ever so

room service at 5pm is unacceptable long wait for evening meal between courses well over an hour

room service menu (due to v limited xmas menu but it was on 22nd dec)

provided cream fresh and honey as special request on room service breakfast card

good wifi great communication with the hotel before our arrival

spa was a little expensive but we would still use again. dressing gowns too small.

only thing that could improve facilities would be a playground for the kids to run off steam after being trapped

the property there are lots of lovely places to hang out including the lake, heater outdoor pool, lama s,

a well equipped kitchen and loved the molten brown soaps and shower gels

the accommodation is very well thought out with a kitchen area that gives you the flexibility to cook your own
