although the breakfast area was open at all times, it was minimal

the breakfast was horrible, but the food was available all day and night food like juice, cereal,
it was nice the breakfast area was open 24hrs so we could grab some silverware to eat and grab breakfast super

check in at 7 pm to let me know they didn t have any rooms clean yet and i had to wait in the parking lot

gym is outdated. breakfast is terrible, restaurant is mediocre.
example= no way to wipe down equipment in gym, hand sanitizer pumps not filled, clock broken in room, outlets
we ate breakfast and two dinnes/drinks while there
gym was spacious and clean
towels were worn. no room service done yet when we got back sunday afternoon.

shuttle to cleveland clinic in a timely manner for appointments
plus we was able to get early check in and late check out so that’s a major plus
breakfast was good, the shuttle bus and driver was great.very accomadating

going back in time it's very close to the cleveland clinic walking distance and they a shuttle bar and restaurant
had issues with room service, and i wish the front desk would have mentioned to us when we checked in that they
the bar and grill has good food and a nice atmosphere
