the exterior is a little run down and the pool was not functional but we didn't really require it so no big

the daughter allowed us a late check out at no additional cost and the father (shakie) let us park in the lot

also got the spa room with the tub and the jets weren’t working

for the price and the hotel room and surrounding areas where clean and comfortable plus the free parking is also

21-sunday april 23 2017 when looking for hotels one of my criteria was to make sure there was a gym

the gym was not open as advertised i didn't like how the staff during checkout had no customer

a good 12 min walk to casino

our room had a jacuzzi tub in bedroom which my kids loved

did not had breakfast at your location

free wifi was unreliable which made for some cranky kids

guide didn t work and we weren t able to plug an hdmi, wifi signal was weak, check in was later then most

wifi was very average, it worked but dropped out frequently and was slow overall

breakfast was good for free, the coffee was quite good.

so i didn't go back to stay that night, and i rather stay in the casino until 7am to go back to get my stuff

it was too far away from the casino.

i didn't like that they had a laundry room but you have to put coins in it in order to use it

husband and i traveled here with our four kids and we all had a great time

we had the courtyard room where you see the view of the pool from the room

got there late, went to the bar and had dinner and listened to some music, felt very

to adjust and a bit noisy what with niagara falls being a popular place for families with young kids

staff member running the breakfast area even made waffles for my kids

the spa tub was very nice, the bed was very comfortable, and the bar fridge was quite large

ice machines didn t work, swimming pool was empty in summer,

the staff went out of their way to accommodate our two kids one of whom needed a crib

clean enough (dirty) and spiders everywhere, as well as the bad smell of marikhouana disturbed kids badly

here before because it s completely pet friendly so i can bring my dog with me

within walking distance, tim hortons next door, attractions within walking distance, the pool was fun to cool

the pool deck is also never cleaned i cleaned up beer cans ect bx my kids wanted to use the pool

had the jr presidential suite which had a king bed, a pull out couch and a jetted tub which the kids enjoyed a

breakfast buffet with omelet bar was really nice and reasonable price

each room has a little coffee maker it would be wonderful to have a free coffee bar in the morning for guests

i also like facilities that have onsite laundry, which this one did have and the pools and workout areas were

hotel should have its own kitchen and room service for staying guests.

i did not have time to use the gym etc

there is a nice restaurant and bar in the hotel and washing machine and dryer was available on level 2

gym is tiny, limited products. breakfast not included. tv is small (in some rooms)!

when i checked with front desk the staff was rude and told me there is no room service available in the night

it would be nice if the included breakfast.

needed to do laundry and there were no washers/dryers on site so therefore i had to find a place a few blocks

the unkempt pool belongs to the property next door, it is unsightly and could reflect negatively on the hotel
