pool was closed and not heated.

self-service laundry is not for free tho

poor wifi speeds

the tv is not connected to wifi so we can t watch netflix ud83eudd79

has a small gym and laundry room (400yen per load) it d be great if they can be more flexible on the check

we used the kitchen to cook a couple of simple meals and the washing machine was really good to have

room is also equipped with modern facilities, such as flat-screen smart tv, projector and free wifi, which

property claims to have a spa and sauna but they don t

two rooms connected together and it is really good for 3 adults & 2 kids

a pool would be a plus.

clean, quiet room, pretty fast wifi, tasty, varied breakfast, attentive, helpful service

however, once this was raised with the hotel, the management and kitchen team responded exceptionally well

compare to big name hotels where you get facilities like gyms or swimming pool (you need to pay for it or course

room service comes very early

the breakfast was good the cook was real nice and it felt very friendly

lovely accommodation, the best bonus is the complimentary drinks and breakfast which is inclusive to the room

facility is not so complete. there is no laundry machine and ice machine in this building.

kitchenette with dishes and optional cooking pots and utensils

kitchen area did not have enough counter space and was cramped to cook in, but the appliances

excellent ud83dudc4d i will go back again. i enjoyed specially the little kitchen
