refused to change to a non smoking room, claiming they were booked but no other cars in parking lot

pool was amazing chlorine was just right

low on towels, to many bugs in pool

location was good and it was easy to get in an out of the parking lot

room thank god they had the top lock and bottom locks in the room and the jacuzzi was cold as the pool the

also had problems with the wifi

the wifi did not work on the morning of our checkout.

breakfast was better than most and the location could not have been more conventient.

bed was comfortable, room spacious, didn't eat breakfast,

allows an early check in as well as a late check out with no additional charges applied

the pool need cleaning daily

equipment in the gym was not usable, the laundry soap dispenser was broken, the sofa bed was stained up pretty

was left in parking lot till around 11:00 pm or later, no asistance from staff on finding other accomadtions

there was a bar downstairs but i didn't make it down there

was clean , and had ample parking !

actually booked this particular hotel because of the indoor pool & jacuzzi, but both were out of order

rack fell off the wall on arrival, stampeding kids all night in hallway 2nd night banged on door and woke me up

the breakfast was great, and plentiful

we had a red stain on the carpet and weren't sure if it was blood or ketchup

easy parking, great breakfast
