room service was ok but not great.

location and staff exceptional. the pet policy

room has little sound proofing. could hear lots of noises from the nearby kitchen.

no one from the kitchen made any attempt to rescue this

interested that you are pet friendly, maybe need time we bring along our dog

fantastic best night ever, loved the downstairs bar and how nice the staff were will 100% stay again

there were no pool towels down there the laundry basket overflowing and no phone in the pool area to call for

wifi system could be upgraded so that on each return to the hotel, a guest would not need to re-log

only negative was the pool wasn t very clean which was a bit gross.

no chicken nuggets on the room service menu for kids.

like that when we arrived the mini fridge was not turned on and my husbands beer from the mini bar that he was

warm welcome and gifts for my kids

breakfast was so good. room service was also amazing!

no spa pool when there was one last time

the wifi speed in hotel is kind of slow

it was similar to the strong chlorine scent of an indoor pool in summer so intense that it made it difficult

we were a lot helped by the free laundry facility

the energy saving bar fridge glass door was a great touch

gym and restaurant

wifi connection good now during evening hours

the hotel has a fantastic little rustic bar to start or finish the night at

due to covid the resturant wasn t open, but they have a few room service options through a delivery service

great location. loved that it provided access to a full commercial gym

location, cleanses, pet friendly hotel

ordered breakfast the day before so when restaurant opened at 7:00am, we were eating at 7:01am

location was situated close to the gym, mall with food options and the train station

the hotel itself is rather nice and comfortable, with decent wifi, a bose sound system in the room, and a pretty

variety for lunch at the hotel, although lunch in the tea room with family was great, maybe the bar area opening

service at the bar was a little abrupt friday night

the pool and spa on the 22nd floor

comfortable rooms and exceptional facilities like pool, spa, sauna and a fully equipped gym

the pool and sauna area. beautifully designed hotel rooms.

the rooms and the facilities like the pool seems dated.

no food or drinks available on some days and times - apart from room service

i do think that wifi should be free

have to pay for wifi

staff were excellent and the food an drinks at the bar & breakfast were perfect

gym, bar, location and easy access to everything.

pool is very shallow

very small gym and pool

be great to have drinking water/ mini bar or room service as it is a little bit far from food after working

the pool would have been better with some loungers.

breakfast was awesome too as kids were complimentary and food and service was spot on

they even had a complimentary candy bar upon check in

the buffet breakfast on offer had something for everyone's tastes

reception should have advised about the key tap ins at the lifts and to the usage of the mini bar in the room

i love the big bathtub and buffet breakfast
