room , no amenities for the price , bar staff was rude , service awful

restaurant staff not very kids friendly, but we could see they made some efforts. no baby crib

the wifi could be better in the rooms. it works ok in the hallways and downstairs lobby.

wifi was poor, water pressure very low in shower, otherwise ok.

the ceiling does not let me sleep during day hated the bells all day every half and hr horrible wifi

dog-friendly (there is an additional fee of 250 pesos per night), which made traveling with our pet much easier

to have some liquids available to drink, iknow they don't have a kitchen , but a water bottle wouldn't hurt to

the kitchenette was well stocked, the apartment was very clean, and the beds were comfortable

didn t like that their was no free breakfast

was excellent the spa the restaurant the food the guest services the rooms were clean and spacious, everything

the drinks that were in the room were pricey and they should keep the bar open later than usual

the swimming pool was getting renovated.

parking was included. beautiful interiors.
