:) simon and tom at reception were both very kind and accommodating as we were travelling with a pet
with wifi but got it sorted, staff great help getting it sorted tho
wifi was very slow, but otherwise my stay was fine.
parking was a little tight

the breakfast was a 10/10 up to par, clean, and fresh almost every half hour
clean , warm pool ,accommodating staff
the good thing was that the pet fee was cheap.
the parking lot needs some work desperately.

brand new. clean. big room. little kitchenette counter.
breakfast could have had better fresh fruit selection.
no pots or frying pans in kitchenette or any utensils if you wanted to cook anything strange

when we went down for breakfast, the staff actually took our order and brought our hot breakfast to us at our
spacious clean room. helpful courteous staff. great parking.
had a little kitchen which could have been used if we were there longer although would need to bring own dishes
bed was uncomfortable. fridge was noisy. room shook when kids ran down hallway.
breakfast looked good. just couldn't get to it so many kids.

to the front desk and confirmed to me that they are experiencing it too whenever they are in the laundry area
kids loved the flags and especially the wall display with country names; played fun guessing games
young kids at a spa.
bathroom did not have safety bar for my senior mother
