room and spa experience

spa was amazing, staff were very kind!

selected the place because of the spa facilities (one block distant in a different building)

the staff provided a doggie bed and snacks for my pet, which was very cute though

staff were helpful when my plans kept changing, offering late check out and then additional nights at a fair

thought it a little weird that one needed to pay to use the gym or the pool even when staying as a guest

we arrived a bit earlier, but we were able to do an early check in

everything is old and borling. the room service food was terible

the gym was well appointed with exercise mats, an elliptical, treadmill & bicycle

very helpful and friendly staff - we were given an early check in and were even upgraded :) excellent showers

lady who let us in when it was late, did our laundry when we asked and was all round comfortable, safe, clean

nothing wrong, lacks amenities like a pool or gym.

also, there is nowhere to sit in your room and no bar or lounge to sit in either

member of our group was ill so we booked this hotel so they could be comfortable with aircon and room service

reach room service as too early so ended up eating var snacks then fell asleep granted it was easter

very clean, great location, good breakfast, and nice small gym.

quite old inside and kitchen utensils were dirty so

left with them my medicine so they could store the insulin i use in the hotel kitchen refrigerator

no mini bar or fridge

had a suite which was very spacious & well appointed

quite depressing and next to the laundry room so constant noise of staff and lifts from early in the morning

breakfast was good perhaps a menu could help of what is available without also putting the staff

could have been some cheese or ham for breakfast

the breakfast was not a buffet and, as it is usual in spain, it consisted mostly of sweets, fruits and
