close proximity to shopping and the river. i loved the heritage listed lift easy parking.

no milk in fridge to enjoy a tea of coffee would have liked a mini bar in a king spa suite - convenience is

bar fridge, kettle, toaster and plates, coffee cups, wine glasses and cutlery provided

window the window sill was very dirty, more towels would have been helpful and the water from the spa didn't

room service menu was restricted the stairs in the apartment need child proofing option for those

pool and gym in the hotel were great

i loved the pool area and sun lounges

while we didn t use the pool or gym we did spend time reading in the peaceful and lovely garden

shower head was poor, no bar for 5pm drinks in the lobby or at the pool; our bedroom windows overlooked the car

provided lighting was dull for doing 'makup' and there was no lighting over the mirror over the bar fridge bench

they showed us what we needed and we were able to use the laundry washing machine to do a few loads and use

no kitchen sink, to do the dishes!

wifi was great

spa bath in room wasn t working properly

great check in, front and back door to room made it very easy with my heavy suitcase and the pool, though small

air conditioner was mounted above the kitchen cupboards and turned on and off continually during the night
