very noisy hallway you could hear kids yelling and people talking too loud

i had booked the room for 2 adults and 3 kids and wrote a note on booking

the swimming pool and hot tub.

was dirty-dark stains on carpet, bathroom floor, pop dried on back of chair, bed comforter

parking lot is small. waited 20mins for staff to show up.

staff was great and breakfast was amazing

like everything about this hotel the service, it was really clean the breakfast was the best

i love the room with the spa tub. everything was clean. the staff is very helpful and friendly.

done about it, but wish that we could have had a closed door and lights for using the sink after kids in bed

my husband used the gym twice and said it was excellent -- he said the machines were nicer than the ones he

bar wasn't open during our stay and while the menu was out for dinner there was no dinner service,

it was all ok - the bar closed early on saturday night

amazing and i loved that the gym and pool were open 24 hours even though it's only 5 ft

much chlorine in pool and hot tub, could smell neighbors perfume thru the wall, food portions were too small

parking is very tight for a dually truck.

the laundry machines were coin operated, but there wasn't a change machine and the front desk had

pool was a little older but decent, alot of elderly people noone my age...

that you have to make a reservation for the jim room. im not sure if irs pet friendly!!:(
